LEGAL CLAIM

Notice. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. by accessing this web-site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below, if you do no agree to the terms and conditions stated below, please do not access this web-site. MIR Printing & Graphics reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without any notice.

You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

GOVERNING LAW

MIR Printing & Graphics is based in Chatsworth, California and all transactions take place on MIR Printing & Graphics serves located in Chatsworth CA. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this site shall be instituted in Chatsworth, CA. you agree to submit to the court of Chatsworth, Ca courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

INDEMNITY

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend MIR Printing & Graphics and all parties from whom MIR Printing & Graphics has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (I) your breach of these terms of use or (II) any suit, claim, or other material you incorporated into products.

COLOR PROOFING AND MATCHING

MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.

MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS will try it's best to match the gradient density of each color, MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS is not liable for the final appearance of a color. Notice: GANG-RUN printing is multiple (and different) customer jobs are combined on a large print sheet, and run at the same time. for example, we layout 62 different customer business cards and postcards on the gan-run sheet, and run the sheet 1000 times to get 62 sets of 1000 cards. Each card set is a different card. This process allows us to spread the expensive initial setup cost of running a full-color, offset job among 62 customers.

Application of UV coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV products.

TURNAROUND TIME

Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE!

RETURN POLICY

MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS focuses on providing all our clients with the best possible printing experience and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department promptly. Our customer service representative will document your complaint and create a ticket for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defect/ order issues must be reported to MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS within 10 days of receiving your order.


We offer full refunds as house credit or reprints on defective print orders. Determination of order defects is at the discretion of management. Client will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product's defects. In some cases, Client will be required to ship defective product(s) back to customer service at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to customer service at Client expense, MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS may reimburse Client for shipping if a defect is determined to exist.


Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless FEDEX delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order.


Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at the manager's discretion. Direct mail services are not subject to the above stated standard return policies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential refunds or reprints. All policies are subject to change without prior notification.

TERMS OF SALE

Full payment including shipping and handling is required with order. No work will proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once order has been verified.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive completed and correct files. No refunds are available on orders unless files have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested the same business day. A cancellation fee will apply.

FILE REQUIREMENTS

All artworks and images must e provided in CMYK format for all full color side/s and gray scale for the backside (if you choose to print 4/1). All artwork should also be provide with a minimum of 300 DPI resolution. MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS is not responsible for any color shifts that may occur if file is sent in RGB color mode or any images printed fuzzy because of low resolution.

FILE TYPES WE ACCEPT:

.TIF, .JPG, .PNG, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .PDF, FLATTEN - 300DPI,- OUTLINE FONTS, FLATTEN TRANSPARENCIES, NO OVERPRINT,  - EMBED FONTS(NO SCREEN FONTS).


We are not responsible for files printed incorrectly when the customer provdes the artwork. Please check all files before sending us the artwork.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job.

Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we would rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Minor printing imperfections are considered to be normal and will not qualify for reprint as a manufacturing error. minor imperfections include but are not limited to subtle roller marks and hickies.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS is not responsible for 3rd shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS will reship the package with the corrected address and charge and additional shipping fee for the shipment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE WITHOUT DISCLOSING A REASON.

SECURITY

Tampering with our Website, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on our Website are prohibited. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of our Website, including, without limitation, (a)accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; (b) using our Website for unintended purposes or trying to change the behavior of our Website; (c) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (d) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including without limitation via means of submitting a virus to our Website,overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mailbombing" or "crashing"; (f) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability; or (g) forging communications on behalf of our Website (impersonating our Website). Sending unsolicited and unauthorized e-mail on our behalf, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, in expressly prohibited. You agree not to use any device, software or routine or data to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, navigate or search our website other than the search engine and search agents provided by us or by generally publicly available and acceptable browsers. If and when requested, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete user information to us, and to refrain from impersonating or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.

Legal Notice

MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice (this includes even after an order has been placed). All changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Such errors may be with respect to pricing and turnaround time, and MIR PRINTING & GRAPHICS reserves the right to cancel or to refuse to accept any order placed on inaccurate pricing information.

Quotation/Estimate

A quotation/estimate not accepted within thirty (30) days is subject to review. All prices and artwork are based on rates at the time of quotation.
